Delivery availability

Delivery availability depends on your location, order size, delivery schedule, and product availability. Customers should confirm delivery or pickup details with De Home Mart Popcorn before making payment.

We currently support customers in Accra, Ghana, and may assist with selected nearby areas depending on the order size and timing.

How delivery works

To help us process your order smoothly, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Your delivery or pickup location
  • Your preferred popcorn flavour
  • Your pack size, such as 30g, 50g, or 100g
  • Your quantity
  • Your preferred delivery date and time
  • Any event or bulk order details

After receiving your details, we will confirm availability, delivery options, payment instructions, and expected timing.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing may vary based on order volume, location, traffic, weather, event demand, and product preparation.

For birthday parties, school events, office orders, retail shop orders, and bulk orders, customers should contact us early so we can prepare properly.

Pickup option

Where available, customers may arrange pickup instead of delivery. Pickup details must be confirmed with De Home Mart Popcorn before payment or collection.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees may depend on location, order quantity, and delivery method. If a delivery fee applies, we will confirm it before the order is completed.

Customers are encouraged to confirm all delivery costs before making payment.

MoMo payment and confirmation

Customers may use MoMo payment through +233 24 194 0428 where available.

After payment, please send your payment confirmation, name, order details, and delivery or pickup information through WhatsApp.

Incorrect delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact, order, and delivery details. De Home Mart Popcorn may not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect phone numbers, incomplete addresses, wrong delivery locations, or failure to respond to calls or WhatsApp messages.

Bulk orders and event delivery

Bulk orders for schools, shops, vendors, offices, birthday parties, and community events should be arranged in advance.

Please send the event date, quantity, flavours, pack sizes, delivery area, and preferred timing through WhatsApp so we can confirm availability and preparation time.

Delays

We do our best to deliver on time. However, delays may happen due to traffic, weather, high order demand, supplier delays, event volume, or other situations outside our control.

If there is a delay, we will try to communicate with the customer as soon as possible.
